This exercise will allow parents to fill the feeling of emptiness felt when their children leave, but also to drive away the anxiety that could accompany it.
For this visualization exercise, make yourself comfortable on a chair, an armchair.
Close your eyes and relax the whole body from the top of the head to the toes.

Breathe freely, then become aware of the feelings of calm in your body.
Now let a image evoking calm, The well-being. Welcome all the positive feelings it inspires in you.

Resume natural breathing and anchor all these sensations in you. Become aware of the stillness in your head.
Repeat this sequence twice, then continue with the other parts of the body:
- neck, shoulders, arms, hands – 3 times the set
- cos, belly – 3 times the whole
- pelvis, buttocks – 3 times the whole
- legs, feet – 3 times the set
- whole body – 1 time
Become aware of the stillness present in your whole body and integrate these positive feelings. Reconnect with your outside environment, then open your eyes.
This exercise can be done in the same way with an image evoking joy or pride, in order to help you experience this step from a positive angle.
