Roasted apricots with rosemaryPrint Recipe
- 8 apricots
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 tbsp. to s. rosemary honey
Preparation of the recipe
- Preheat the oven too (150 ° C).
- Wipe the apricots in absorbent paper, cut them open in half, and de-stone them. Place them in a baking dish, rounded side up. Drizzle them with honey. Thimble a sprig of rosemary and sprinkle it over the apricots. Add the remaining sprig of rosemary to the dish.
- Bake and cook for 45 minutes, basting the fruit regularly with their cooking juices. Take out of the oven and let cool before serving.
Instead of honey, you can sprinkle the apricots with lemon juice.
The apricot has a moderate energy intake, and it contains virtually no fat. But it contains fiber and vitamin C, useful in fighting fat.
